POLICIES

Payment – For your convenience the following payment methods are accepted: cashier’s check, money order, personal check, bank wire transfer, or credit card through PayPal (www.paypal.com). Paypal payments must come from users that are verified and with confirmed address. Items paid by personal checks will be held 7-10 business days until 
the check clears.

Shipping – Standard domestic shipping is 2/3 day service via USPS priority mail. Overnight service via USPS or UPS is also available with an additional cost. Insurance is extra and will be provided upon on the buyer’s request. 

International Shipping - Standard International shipping is USPS Global Express Mail which is 3-5 business day service. UPS service is also available with an additional cost. The cost of UPS International service is generally alot higher than USPS services.

Cue Returns - If for some reason or another, the cue is not to your liking, you will be required to notify me within 48 hours from the receipt of the cue. Arrangements will then be made for you to return it for a full refund of your purchase price less shipping expenses, insurance & possible credit card transaction fees. The cue must be receive back in the same condition that it was originally shipped. New cues that are chalked will be considered used and the refund will be based on a 'used' price. Cues that are ordered cannot be returned. Returns on consigned cues will be between the buyer and seller and it must be discussed during the transaction. Un-insured cues that are damaged are not returnable. All sales are final, unless notified. 

Trades and Purchases – Interesting trade offers are always welcome. Ideally, I would first like to see the cue in in person. If quality pictures are available and accurate information on the cue is given, that would also be acceptable. I will try to be fair and as reasonable as possible on any offers. 

The cue(s) must be received and inspected first before any cue(s) and/or payment is made or shipped. If the cue(s) are not as described when the agreement was worked out, (i.e condition, straightness/warpage, originality etc) you will responsible for the return shipping charges if another agreement cannot be worked out.

Consignment Services – Fees for my consignment services are very reasonable. If interested, please contact me for more information.

Cue lay-away program - Initial payment and length of law-away are done on a case by case basis. I feel that all my customers have different needs and hence I am very flexible to work out different arrangements for different situations. Any cancellation of a cue that is in lay-away will result in a 10% re-stocking fee of the price of the cue. If interested, please contact me for more information.
